My Site builder website is not publishing or saving its just frozen i tryed to restore but it also did not work i refreshed. my skype is zeltronmlg. my website is izel.x10host.com

i know this is not just me i deleted the folder and my website and redone it. still its messed up i tried so many methods and i need my site up in less then 4 days. I opened a new account its doing the same i do have a saved restore file my skype is zeltronmlg. PLEASE HELP ME
