Our email is still down...for a week now saying 'login attempt failed.' What is this? And How can this be fixed ASAP!!!!

Whenever I try to log into our email system info@allswim.ca it says login attempt failed! This has been this way already for the last 4 days. How can this be fixed immediately?

Its telling me my current password is incorrect which is definately not the case... what do I do?

For some reason we havent been able to access our email for two days now. It keeps saying 'internet explorer cannot display' what is going on?

I did that, but squirrel male doesnt get me there it says there is a problem also just like the other two; anything else I can do?

Last time this happened it was fixed once I put in a service request... I have no idea how to fix this and this is extremely disappointing since I ultimately just want the webiste to work.

Thanks for the response! We did build it using the site builder, for some reason none of those links open on my computer.. how can I get our website displaying when we type in the url www.allswim.ca?
