I get it. I understand that I was warned in the ToS, but I did go to the X10 site to unsuspend my account in May. Silly me for thinking that it worked... Regardless of Terms of Service or who is to blame (I'm certainly to blame for not having an up to date backup), I'm looking for a solution...

I had the exact same problem. Last month, I went to unsuspend my account. Unsuspend was inoperative. There was an error but it was unclear worked as the website was still operating. Today I discovered that the website is gone and when I login I get this message.
