am logging into my hosting account weekly still my account has been suspended for inactivity this has happened previously also and i was told there was some problem with the stoli server how many more such false suspensions can i expected in the future ?

As i clearly remember i logged into my hosting account on june 5 2011 and it got suspended on june 15 2011 as per the rules the account is suspended after 30 days of inactivity which is not applicable in my case. There must be a bug or something as according to rules i have only 1...
