I have anotther ticket where i said I believe i was hacked. Im wishing to re-upload some content but my FTP accounts were deleted. And for some reason when i push button to create new FTP User, it does NOTHING. Please Help ASAP

My website has been entirely deleted for no reason? I believe My account may have been hacked do you guys have any backups of my website? Was the server hacked or just my account?
