Update....I finally just delete and reinstalled Joomla and so far everything is working fine.

I would like to install Joomla 3 on my site, but I don't find it in Softaculous. I did find Joomla 2.5, just not 3. I can download it and install manually if need be, but I'm wondering if there is a technical reason that Joomla 3 is not listed. Is there a compatability issue? Will it be...
