I'm going absolutely nuts on how unclear x10Premium's support is. I have found no trace of x10Premium forums on community.x10hosting.com and there is a serious problem with my infinity package. If someone would point me in the right direction it would be great :)

I have been suspended for inactivity (I went on a trip and I forgot to check up on my account) and when I tried to self-unsuspend myself it keeps saying "Unsuspension requested. Thank you for your patience." for about 2 hours now, My username is JohSketc and can anyone try to solve my problem...
