I am using a smf forum version 1.13 and I am using the default php mailer but for some reason lets say someone forgot their password and they want to get it back, well after they type their email address in it says that an email has been sent to there email. But the system never sends an email...

When I visit my site url http://litegaming.x10.bz it says that on the web page 500 Internal Server Error. Can you please help me out, I dont know what to do to fix it. Is your server currently down?
