    name resolution of kathleensharp.com

    Putting "Kathleensharp.com" into browser brings one to x10hosting.com, instead of to kathleensharp.com. Only way for us to see our website is to enter "kathleensharp.x10hosting.com". Not good. Please help.

    cannot send mail

    We can still receive mail but cannot send to any address outside of our domain. Posted trouble ticket a couple of weeks ago. Watched forums saying it was fixed. Doesn't seem to be.

    outgoing mail using Outlook Express

    We have configured Outlook Express manually for IMAP and also by using the autoconfiguration tool. The problem is that when we send mail, it leaves the outbox, but does not get to the recipient. Also, we get no bounceback non-delivery notices. What to do?
