Yes full privileges give to cpanelusername_databaseusername permissions on cpanelusername_databasename. Have you an another idea ???

Hi I'm trying to install joomla or wordpress on freehosting, my domain is canalframe.elementfx.com. "Error establishing a database connection", i used automatic install with wordpress. i don't know where is the problem, i checked and double checked and put locahost...
