I'm fairly well-versed in Visual Basic and HTML (of course). I'm learning C#, Java, and (hopefully) Perl

Does anyone here program their own games? Or have a great idea for one? I just finished programming a review game for my chemistry class and I feel very unproductive without something to work on. And, any advice from more experienced programmers would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely one of my favorite games. However, I was in the middle of a respawn game (with the cheats I got from beating it the first time) and my brother broke my PS2. So, now I'm stuck in Okami withdrawal.:mad:
