Hi, I created a new ftp account, gave it a folder, and a password. And I cannot log in! The "ftp -d ftp.ultimatetools.x10hosting.com" command says that the user name is ok, but the password is never accepted. The same is with the sftp. I have no such problems when I log in as the main user, so...
