I try updating my password, but it still doesn't work

My account is no problem, no suspend but I can't login to my cPanel please help!

Im sure i logged in forums but my account is still suspended I logged in forum on 19th today, 20th i see my acc is suspended, and the reason is that i 've not login forum. :confused::confused: luckily, i is unsuspended immediately i dont know if this is a wrong!
