I can access the forums' user control panel I don't konw how to register in the cPanel; I want to get an asp host for free. Sorry, My English isn't good,

i don't konw , isn't 'liuyutao' the cpanel username. weren't them the same?

i can't login the account panel , but the user cp works, i need help and the forum account had been activated; sbd said that the forum account should be linked with home account ,but i don't know how to do it. thank you
