Forbidden You don't have permission to access /posting.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Working perfectly and no changes until today... any ideas please?

Yeah i know and i did have that exact thing till the external drive failed on me. Can anyone help me with this? I can't work out how to restore the back up. And i need help with getting another account back which was deleted afew days ago.

I'm trying this at the moment, it gets to the point of saying 1/1 restored but then what? nothing shows up on my cpanel under databases and i see no option to restore the DB in the form of a zip/sql file...???

I've had a look at my database and file backups on here and it seems to only go to march this year then stop?? If they were more recent i could probably access them. Any idea's??

Anyone?
