Literally, as the title says, my website has completely disappeared without any notification, and my account is apparently unsuspended. What's going on?

Whenever I try to login to it, and however I try, it keeps telling me my IP address has changed, both in Firefox and Internet Explorer. Any ideas? ---------- Post added at 03:43 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:28 PM ---------- It works now, don't know what happened.

Logged into CPanel today, my account is still activated, but all of my files are gone, the webpage no longer loads, and I am prohibited from uploading files due to a 0 kb limit. What on earth is going on?
