Hi, I've already tried to just signup the hosting again using my username malkygb. This doesn't work because somewhere in your system my old free hosting account must still exist!! This is getting very frustrating! PLease can you investigate why I cannot redo my hosting under malkygb...

I tried to re-signup for the free hosting, but it gives me this error: "Error occurred during processing error code EFDF18C1 result An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. The error is shown below: The username malkygb is already in use." Can you sort this for me?
