when i try to open my website, it says it's suspended. when i try to see my suspension reason, it tells me that my website is not suspended. can anyone help me on this?

I'm having a problem when trying to play multi-player. Flight Simulator will tells me that someone else is using my account. I have to try to logging several times before i can connect to multi-player. It's there a fix for that bug? I already have SP1 and still have the same problem.
