Great, now i got suspended because someone made a false copyright claim...
And for some reason x10hosting didn't believe my appeal. So now i can't access my files.
Anyway, it seemed like the issue went away for a while. It only happened for about 4 hours or so. At first i thought the issue...
Here's a minimal php script to trigger the error:

I hope this helps you guys to debug this issue.
The first time it will work, the second time it won't. (shows 503 error)
Same problem...
I gave up on x10 after my site lost all of it's 3300 visitors/day...
And now i came back to give it another shot, and it's happening again.
On my website it ONLY happens when some php code does some mysql stuff. It's all fairly simple stuff on a relatively small database (40k entries or so)
It makes it completely useless. My website gives away free bitcoins. they only need to fill in a captcha to get the coins every two hours. It's quite a simple website, really. It shouldn't cause much traffic or CPU load at all.
It happens 24/7 on my website. Which makes it unusable for my 3300 viewers per day.
i have to look for a different host since this problem won't be solved.
Same problem here.
I'm only using some php scripts and a mysql database.
Will this issue still be there if i upgrade to premium hosting?!
I'm going to stay a free member until this is sorted out...
