Its been like this for ages! I wouldn't count on x10 noticing these problems, same with wordpress, people have been complaining but no joy! You'll have to install it manually i'm afraid! If you need any pointers just let me know:-)

Yes its a host problem! A lot seems to be going wrong with wordpress on these servers at the moment! But its free so we can't really complain!:-)
