I am starting a second SMF 2.0 forum. The first is hosted by x10 and I want this one to be also. Do I have to install SMF again or can I just use my current forum's cPanel and make a new directory and database for the new forum to exist side by side but be seperate? I read about add on domains...

i hear what you are saying but my forum worked fine with those settings until i changed the domain name...i am sorry for misleading you but changing domain names (not hosts as i listed) was the real change i made.....i had to bring my new domain name to x10 (changing the generic one they gave...

i keep getting 'ajax error' when trying to create a user password for a new user on an sql database...it even says that same error when you use a automatic generated password!!! i cant get past this point

hi, i used repair_settings.php but it did not help...i checked the values closely with the host's values and they matched up....seems like it is a database problem.....would clearing out the database and creating a new one help?

i changed hosts by adding x10hosting nameservers to my website at cheapnames.com.....at first it seemed ok as after i went to the site it asked me to enter new info. but when i entered mysql database it said i had no access to this database.....then when i tried to go to the site it said...

i changed my domain name from: takemebacktososua.com.x10.mx to: takemebacktososua.com and now it does not work!!! please help!!!
