Thanks for that. The IP for the non working ISP does not show in any of the blacklists at all. Wondering if having a Premium website would make this work or at least have x10 look at it on their end/filters via a support ticket.

Good call, thanks for your reply @bdistler . However I tried using my cell phone first at my office, it worked. Then went downstairs (same day and hour) to a Starbucks, connected to their wifi, and it does not work there. Any way to figure out the blacklist for x10 perhaps?
