I dont understand how can that be possible? I have changed the nameservers to the x10hosting ones and it still says this. Should I change in the DNS settings in cPanel? Is some other user at x10hosting using my domain or what?

Yes it was just a http 300 redirect to my x10hosting page before, but I can assure you it is owned by me.
