Thanks bdistler. It shows that I have "Free Community Support", so my Prime has probably run-out but, as others have noted, the Upgrade page is currently blank. Hopefully this will be corrected soon. Regards.

Since the migration, cPanel file manager does not show any files for the main domain "pleydell.x10host.com". Can these be recovered? Thanks.
