I cannot log in to my x10 account anymore. (forum account works fine.) When I try to open my site, there is an error message saying website dose not exist. I then tried to login to the ftp server, dosen't work ether. It seems to me like my account is no longer on the sever. What's going on?

Hi, When creating an FTP accounts, there "@myaccount.x10hosting.com" is always added to my desired account name. is there a way to create an account without adding "@myaccount.x10hosting.com" to the end?
