new to this ... had Filezilla before without these issues ... so not sure if "server" related or something on my end. Really needing to update some files ... but couldn't "see" any of my file thru cPanel ... only folders.

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Just setting up Filezilla FTP client ... looks like all is connecting, even receive the "Welcome" message below ... but within a few seconds, the rest of the message pops up saying couldn't connect. Not sure what else to do...

I just figured it out. There was an "unsuspension" request from back in April that still showed active with an error message. Not sure why, but found a "clear" option. Once I did that, I was able to click a button to request unsuspension. Worked! Not sure what the problem was with the...

I've tried clicking the "ticket" button in the area that shows my account suspension notification ... but it doesn't show an open ticket. I tried this yesterday and gave it some time ... but still nothing today. Is there another way to request that my account be reactivated? Thank you...
