Sorry for the repeat posts. As soon as I used the credentials provided in my sign up email, against the server mentioned in the same email ... the cPanel login went right through. My username was different though from the email or forum user name. I wonder if it is a SSO or name lookup issue...

Is there an easy way to tell what xo# server would work for a user name?

Yeah, I have noticed the same thing myself this morning. I tried the clearing cache and stuff from last november's post on this. Do we basically just have to wait it out, or what? I'm new to the service as well.
