can i have my account un suspended?

my email doesnt work on absolut either, says there was an internal login error.

i was downgraded too, when i try to hit the upgrade button it gives me an error and i still cant use my wordpress. i was at intermediate and now i am at basic, please fix this issue.

i cant log into wordpress, i get the following error Warning: getmypid() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/mrbob100/public_html/blog/wp-includes/class-phpass.php on line 52 and i looked around and couldnt find any way of fixing it. any help?
