I think my difficulty lies in wordpress plugins as some seem to access things they shouldnt and newbs like myself and our sites end up in trouble...

Is there a way to tell or a list or such that we can be aware what plugins etc will affect the TOS, proxy and port 80 as there is no way I wish to install something that will get me banned?
