Panic over! It was via FTP (using Fetch on one Mac, and FileZilla on another), but thought I'd try the cPanel file manager. That worked. And ftp is now working too. Thanks for your time and interest! Much appreciated.

Hello, I am unable to upload files because of error message "Disk quota exceeded". I have only used 22.73 MB of my allocated 512 MB. How can this be sorted? thanks!
