So if for example I registered a domain name at some other place what would I have to do to transfer to x10hosting?

I am planing to use the premium hosting service but I don't really understand the prices. First I choose the package for example the $4.95/Month and when I choose the domain name it says $9.95/Year. Is the $9.95/Year only to register the domain name and the $4.95/Month for the hosting service?
