I cannot access any part of my site. Getting a Error 503 backend fetch failed. I put Cloudflare into development mode to no avail. Still can't access. Is there an issue with the X10 servers?

It happens on and off. According to the phpBB forums it's an issue with mod_security.

Users on my phpBB forum are having permission issues. Files are set correctly as per phpBB requires but they get this. It also happens on the ucp.php file

Does free hosting have mod_rewrite enabled? I wish to use URL Rewriting on phpBB. Thanks.

Yeah can't even access the cPanel.

It's because free hosting is on a shared server. My large website with many users on it doesn't get it that often though.

I've got a phpBB board running and I'm pretty experienced with it. I've got the file permissions set correctly etc but some users, me included get a 403 Forbidden on some .php files. ucp.php for example and when changing something in the ACP I get it too You don't have permission to access...

In the cPanel under Software and Services you'll see "Select PHP Version" Choose Version 7.0 from the dropdown and click Set as current.

Is there no ETA yet? I'm getting the resources exceeded message a fair bit now hence why I wish to upgrade.

Hello. I've made a clone of my forum so I can test out the phpBB update for any bugs I'll face first. The clone works fine but when I add the update package and try access the install I'm faced with a HTTP ERROR 500. I've tried clearing the browser cache, cookies, Cloudflare cache and the forum...
