I created a new ftp account (nr@noacontrol.x10hosting.com), but it didn't work, I continue getting the same warning.

I am trying to access site builder to create my site at noacontrol.x10hosting.com, but I get "Warning! Username or password incorrect". I am using the cpanel username and password. Thanks for your assistance.
