The custom domain I use for the email address is not hosted here. It forwards emails to my personal mailbox. I can also confirm that this email address works, because I'm still receiving forum notification emails, just not the password reset email. I've also checked my spam folder.

I'm trying to reset my password as required, but I'm not receiving the email. Can somebody look into this?

My site (nscrolldev.tk) is on absolut. When I try to open it I am redirected to the suspended account page on x10hosting.com, however my site does not show up as suspended in the account portal. Can anyone help?
