When I go into r1soft, I can't get past "Error: Host not found". The host is pre-populated with lotus.x10hosting.com and I use my cPanel login. Am I doing something wrong?

I can see the index.html now, thanks. I cannot access the cPanel - it tells me it sent a confirmation email to the address on file. I do not receive any message (I've done it a couple of times) and I do not know which address it is sending to. I realise I gave the wrong address on this thread...

My web site at nwiltshe.x10hosting.com is unavailable (network times out without reaching it). When I try to log in to the Account Management screen I get the following message: An Error Has OccurredAlthough you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting...
