It appears that x10 is blocking my IP

Looks like FileZilla locked me out of Hosting Control Panel. I'm unable to access anything there now since trying to connect with FileZilla about 1/1/25
No SSL on my domain even after checking the ssl box and clicking Modify.
The checkbox says checked and it appears to have SSL but when navigating there it is unsecure.
What are the steps to making my domain have SSL again?
I see many others having similar problems but their deleting domains...

Thank you for the reply. At the Dashboard Search bar I type SSL and it has only one item to choose from but then I get the popup at the bottom . . . "Your are not allowed . . . " Must be because I'm still using the FREE version and I must upgrade to get SSL - to bad for me :(
I have no checkbox for SSL Certificate or anything like it in my "Modify" section. It's very basic.
I must be looking in the wrong place to enable SSL :(
On 12/5/21 I get an email from x10hosting, subject "Service Near Inactive Date" (I login at least once a day)
The contents read:

Our records show that your account has not been logged into recently, and it will be marked as inactive soon. To avoid any service...
