Hello I am unable to use any php scripts that allow file upload.. i have lvl 2 php access but everything comes back as a failure i have tried multiple scripts.. also i have seen this issue posted multiple times with no resolution. Any help would be a ppreciated

I am unable to view any of my pages since starting service. my domain is http://[URL="http://dproof.elementfx.com/"]dproof.elementfx.com[/URL] all atempts end up with page cannot be displayed error dproof.elementfx.com/index.html i did not see anything stating you need to make the page public...
