I downloaded and installed it. Then I entered my address and password (don't know what to but for port) and it wouldn't connect. (saying )

All I get is a directory, I can't add nothing to it. Edit: Should I just use the file manager and upload all the files with that ?

About 20m ago I got longed out of cPanel and it wouldn't't let me back in. I went to my site and in the url it said "suspended.page/".
