Hi, I'm trying to access my cPanel and it always fails with invalid user id or passwor. I'm able to login to x10hosting site and I'm clicking the Login to cPanel from the hosting page. I'm assuming the password would be the same as my account password. Kindly advice.

Hi, I forgot my cpanel and FTP password and am not able to retrieve it. Is there any way to retrieve the same? BTW, Thanks for providing ad-free free hositng. Regards, Sanjay
