always displays the webpage fea.x10.mx as busy at all times ..links open correctly however the indexpage every now and then gets corrupted somehow ..

my index cannot be reached by typing the web address .. fea.x10.mx shows nothing but "server is busy" ..it has been the same for the past 2 months
