If the form submits when the user votes, as in the page reloads, you can just use header('location: http://yourpagehere.com");

You could always use PHP's cURL and check the page headers to see if the http response headers is up or down :)

The one thing that concerns me is that despite all the meta tags on just the index page you don't have a viewport meta tag :(

Yes I can see the MySQL data in PHPMyAdmin. As for how to reproduce the CGI error, remove the index.php so http://webbox.x10.mx/
