Agreed. After I log into the portal, it's pretty empty. However, I used to have a website, and now I don't.

When I go to my CPanel I'm told that there is "No web hosting account" and that, I'll need to register for a new account. I wouldn't mind doing this if the subdomain were still offered, but exofire.net is not an option available to me. Please help.

My account was suspended for inactivity. THIS IS NOT WHAT I'M COMPLAINING ABOUT. However, in my "account notifications panel", it says an e-mail was sent to my e-mail account and I did not receive this e-mail. Could you please check this feature to verify it's functioning?
