Still getting the "The email address supplied is already in use (support)." message

When i insert the confirmation code for my email address (*******@gmail.com ******) i get this error \\\"The email address supplied is already in use (support).\\\"\r\n\r\nWhat i can do?\r\n\r\nRegards
