I'm trying to unsuspend my account but nothing more than an endless "Unsuspension requested. Thank you for your patience."

First, I couldn't login because my account needed to be restored. That was fixed. Then, I couldn't login because it was still suspended. That was also fixed. Now, I still can't login but I don't know why. All I know is that changing my password using the account control panel doesn't help...

My account was recently restored because of a suspension that shouldn't have been there (but is still there). While I can browse it like anyone, I can't make any change to it because I'm unable to login to cPanel or FTP. Resetting password in the account control panel didn't change anything...

Everything is there.

Can you unsuspend my account which was apparently suspended since June 10 for the following reason: "user transfered to another server." while still being fully operational on July 16?
