I'm getting a very similar error message after filling out the form and choosing Save: "Cannot Execute Your Request - /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/ rednoise.x10host.com:rednoise not found, exiting..." I will start my own thread about it shortly, unless a solution is suggested here.

OK, that makes some sense. My host name does not match the certificate. However, the other part of the error message mentions that this specific certificate expired on 1/6/2020 6:50:59 PM. Is that significant? I have always had Filezilla use the setting "Use explicit FTP over TLS if available"...

OK, I just got it. I didn't read your description literally enough. I really do need to CLICK on the account name, which then shows me the Modify FTP Account screen in your picture. I was just checking the box to the left of the name. Doh! Thanks for your help.

That's not what I see. Your picture looks similar to what I see when I create a new FTP account. My existing accounts are shown in a list. I can select one, but my only options are to Suspend, Unsuspend, or Delete the account. Are you and I using different versions of the Control Panel?

I wasn't notified. My simple site migrated transparently, but I had to come here for advice on how to tweak my email account back into action.
