Things had been working normally since our last exchange on May 21, but as of this morning, most of my Control Panel is again inaccessible. Same symptoms as I mentioned above.

I will. Now that I now know that someone is listening... you'll be the second to know. I hope that whatever has been causing the "hiccups" has been adjusted to make it less likely to happen.
