Not a problem, I have the data backed up. Unless the site is likely to come back online shortly, can you please unsuspend me so that I can get the site back up and running asap. Thanks also for your reply.

My account has been suspended and I am unable to resolve! The description says that I have hosted my site elsewhere! I haven't changed anything and this should not be suspended. Please action ASAP as or charity is losing bookings as a result.

I applied for a new account using my original username and have started all over again. It all seems to be working now so it looks like my old webhosting account was deleted or got lost in the move. Main thing is I'm back up and running :-)

It won't let me log into 'cpanel' so I'm scuppered at the first hurdle there :frown:

Also, if I click the green banner saying:- 'You have an open ticket in the support site pending staff attention. Click Here to go to it' I get a 404 error message:- 'The server can not find the requested page: support.x10hosting.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=131...

Mine is exactly the same. The site has disappeared and I can no longer log into my cpanel. It is as if I never existed! My query has been escalated but when I click on the banner it comes up with:- 'It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request...
