Are you comfortable recreating your website from a new service? Or would you like staff to help?

If you have backup you could possibly recreate your service. However if you're not comfortable with that perhaps staff can help you.

I had a similar error earlier. I reset my password two/three times and it still gave me the error. But after trying to login a few more times it worked. Perhaps you might not be so lucky, but I guess it won't hurt to give it a go?
