OK, the issue I really need support on is this then: my old suspended account is preventing the site creation: error code 70C0B053 result An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. The error is shown below: The username robertnc is already in use.

Hi, I forgot to log into the forums and my hosting account was suspended. I logged in and did the unsuspension request but it fails. Thanks
