Could you remove the "Parked Domain" from cPanel then please. It's restricting me from moving my site

I'd like my account deleted. Username: Rustyms Domain: skyvington.x10.mx No I do not want to reverse this, I want it gone so I can add my TLD to another account as this account is suspended and I don't have access to cpanel to change it.
