You did the right thing raising a support ticket. There have been some server changes going on at x10hosting in the last week or so, and these should be resoved soon. The error that you have received is one that other members have been getting, Please be patient, and wait for the server changes...

Yes... I must say... and this is not a criticism of anyone...just an observation... but it is quite difficult I think to establish when to log a support ticket and when to be patient. It feels like you could easily get a reputation for being impatient... when you only really want to know what;s...
